Delivery in the UK
- Free delivery on orders of £50 and over.
- Orders under £50: £5.99.
- Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and we send it the same day.
- Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, with Royal Mail or DPD.
- You will get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery outside the UK
- Europe: £14.99.
- Rest of the world: £23.99.
- Your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are paid by you.
Returns and exchanges
- You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unused, with the tags on.
- Size and colour exchanges are free. Sale items cannot be exchanged, but you can return them for a refund.
- To start a return, email info@autumnn.co.uk with your order number. We can send you a prepaid return label. For refunds it costs £3.95, taken off your refund. It is free for exchanges and faulty items.
- We refund within 3–5 working days of getting your return.
